Best Waterfalls — Canadian or New York
Which side will you fall for — the American or Canadian?

Canadian Falls
Falls Fact: Views of all three falls, including the largest, Horseshoe Falls.
Scenic Meal: Hover over the turquoise Horseshoe Falls at Table Rock House Restaurant, and feast on locally sourced foods that rotate with the seasons. Open year-round.
Hike: Niagara Glen is a hiker’s paradise with panoramic Niagara River views, a Carolinian forest and interesting rock formations with a trail that leads to views of the Niagara Whirlpool.
Excursion: Niagara Horn Blower is similar to America’s Maid of the Mist. The Niagara Parks Power Station Tour lets you tunnel through 2,200 feet of history and science, ending at an incredible falls observation deck.
New York Falls
Falls Fact: Full views of the American and Bridal Veil falls and a side view of Horseshoe Falls.
Scenic Meal: Top of the Falls Restaurant provides views of the Horseshoe Falls and Terrapin Point. Operates seasonally May through September.
Hike: For gorge-ous views of the whirlpool, hike the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail at Whirlpool State Park. Stairs lead down to the lower Niagara River’s raging rapids.
Excursion: Beyond iconic falls boat ride Maid of the Mist, be sure to do Cave of the Winds — a series of wooden decks built you-can-touch-the-water close to Bridal Veil Falls.
